Returns Due to Customer Remorse
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any item within 30 days from the day after you receive your order.

Conditions for customer remorse returns:
- The item must be new and unused
- For items with a manufacturer seal, the seal must be unopened
- The item must be undamaged and not used
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
Returns for Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or becomes faulty within 90 days of delivery, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us at support@tryspartan.uk within 90 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours if it hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the appropriate return policy above.
Lost Shipments
If it’s been at least 2 days past the expected delivery date, contact us at support@tryspartan.uk
Please allow us up to 5 days to investigate with the courier
if the package cannot be located, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement—your choice
Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return
Once approved, refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your original payment method

Warranty
All products come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
